1. 90/10 commission split! Here's an example of how it works: $10,000 (total commission) - $300 (applicable taxes / licensing / risk management) leaving $9,700, of which, 90% ($8,730) goes to you, and 10% ($970) to BPO. No hidden fees!
2. $8,000 annual cap! Once reached, you move to our 100% program. Here's another example: $10,000 (total commission) - $300 (applicable taxes / licensing / risk management) leaving $9,700, all of which goes straight to you! Each year, on your anniversary, the process begins again at the 90/10 level.
3. No Monthly Fees! Work from your home office and You Pay Nothing per month. Or, enjoy 24/7 access to our local office with desks, computers, printers and more for only $37 per month.
Support! Perhaps even more important than the 1-2-3, is our being here for you! Our number one priortity is to give you the help you need, when you need it! We are locally owned and work and live here - just like you! We have been closing transactions and working with NWMLS forms for decades - we know our stuff! Direct Deposit! We get you paid fast! We have escrow wire funds directly to us. We then quickly process commissions and direct deposit funds straight into your bank account (file records must be complete).
